Transportation Information

Transportation for event participants will be arranged as follows:

1. Arrival by Plane

For all guests arriving by plane who will not be using their own car, we will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel in Mladá Boleslav.

Upon arrival at the airport, a hostess holding a sign with the Škoda TRT logo will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall - TERMINAL 2.
She will escort you to your car and provide all necessary information regarding your transfer.

2. Transfers on 14–16th April

Guests arriving on 14th April

• On the morning of 15th April, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the conference venue.

15th April

• After the conference ends, transportation will be provided back to the hotel for a short rest.
• Later in the day, we will depart from the hotel for dinner.
• After dinner, transportation will be provided back to the hotel.

16th April

• In the morning, we will depart from the hotel to the conference venue.
• After the conference ends, transportation will be provided:
  • to the airport, or
  • to the centre of Prague for those staying longer
